Requirement

This forms the template on which candidates can be evaluated and shortlisted, in order to bring down the time and effort required to ultimately hire the right candidate.
Shortlist
Based on the profile understanding, we create personas for candidates both from a skill and experience perspective as well as an aptitude and attitude standpoint. Hiring managers love this, since we are able to bring them relevant high-grade profiles without them having to sift through dozens of “good-enough” candidates. Our mapping process ensures great matching between candidates and roles, thereby saving time and effort for the client.
Finalization
Planning and scheduling calls, in-person interviews, and multiple rounds of evaluation cycles can be tough, given everyone’s schedule. We take some of the load away from hiring managers through our systematic relationship and process management end-to-end. This goes a long way towards ensuring a smooth interaction between potential candidates and the company, bolstering candidate confidence as well as reducing the hiring team’s time required to close positions.
